  1. Excited to participate in this! Also, I shared your book with some of my colleagues at the hospital this week – we have several teenage girls who are admitted each year with complications due to anorexia. My social worker colleagues were intrigued to learn more about your book, so I ordered some extra copies from Amazon to donate to our teen resource library at the hospital. I know that our patients will be moved by your story and that God can use it to reach them!

  2. Oh Leigh! That makes me SO Happy! I’m so grateful that you’re doing this blog tour with me 🙂
How are you doing? Praying for you, JJ and baby!! Love you!

  3. Thank you for talking today. I had to run to target, totally forgot about it, sat down at the computer at 5 and remembered about the program, which was amazing considering my mind was elsewhere. thankfully I got to hear you tell your story.

I totally needed to hear it. tomorrow is my grandma’s birthday, 2nd since she died. it’s hitting everyone hard this year, last year we were in grief too much to even remember. this year it’s hard. Last year at this time I was relapsed for 2 months.

But right now i am in limbo. I have had strong warnings to lose weight, yet i know how easy it is to slip back into relapse. I am working towards healthy, but the obsessions slip back in. not sure what to do but, i have tons of resources, things to listen, things to read. i spend time on finding balance site, whenever i need to. then this program happened on the perfect day!

Counseling for me is sadly not an option. not affordable since i am on ssi, and my insurance doesn’t cover anything like that. so I just let God bring whatever resources to me, that i need at that time.

I cannot wait to get the paperback copy of your book. I will order it tomorrow.

    Thank You!!!!

    1. Isn’t He good, Gina!?? I’m so, so happy you got to listen. As I read your note, I looked over at my grandma who is 90. We lost my granddad a couple years ago. I know it hurts. I’m praying for you, Lovely.
